Garrett's Cheese Straws - Cutting Details

 

 

Roll seasoning evenly across the pastry sheet.

 

 

 

Cut the sheet vertically at 1 inch increments

 

Cut the pastry sheet in half lengthwise to create 2 sets of 6 inch strips.

 

 

 

Cut each strip in half diagonally

 

 

 

 

This will form narrow straw-like triangles.

 

 

 

Bake.

Serve warm.
