Garrett's Speedies
- A wonderfully tasty finger food or main dish. You can serve
them plain or add your favorite vegetables to make your own unique
beef kabobs.

- Speedie Sauce
- 1 cup Extra virgin olive oil
- 3/4 cup Red wine vinegar
- 1 tspn Lemon juice
- 1 Clove garlic or 1/2 tsp powder
- 1 tspn Oregano
- 2 Bay leaves or 1 tsp dried bay leaves
- ½ tspn Dried parsley
- ½ tspn Salt
- ½ tspn Black pepper
- 1½ tspn Rosemary
- 1½ tspn Thyme
- 1½ tspn Sweet basil or 2 minced leaves
- 2 tspn Worcestershire sauce

- Directions:
- Cut pork, lamb or just about any type of meat into 1 to 1½"
cubes.
- Marinate in the sauce for at least 24 hours.
- Place on skewers and barbecue over charcoal or gas grill
until done.
- Serve hot

- Notes:
- Goes great with Vickie's Fried
Potatoes.
- To make kabobs, add cubed tomatoes, onions, zucchini, potatoes
or any of your favorite vegetables in between the mean on the
skewers. Then grill all together.
