- OBJECTIVE:
- I am a professional with 20+ years of hands-on IT technical,
operations and management experience in the finance and retail
industry. I have spent the last 10 years working as a project
manager, Team Lead, or Manager of technical staff in various
aspects of IT. I have managed activities for intranet, internet
and extranet systems, web design, site development, web and project
security, business continuity planning, back up and recovery,
help desk support and overall infrastructure administration management.

- I have also worked on projects for setting corporate wide
strategic direction and design endeavors for infrastructure planning
and forecasting. All of these activities have required project
planning, time and staff management, mentoring staff, working
with client requests, consolidating initiatives where needed
or requested and meeting set timelines to provide effective and

teams to conduct IT audits for Sarbanes-Oxley compliance (SOx),
Risk Security and Control Assessment (RSCA), Payment Card Industry
(PCI), HIPAA security and privacy compliance and CobiT initiatives.
I have managed all aspects of compliance, including proactive
initiatives such as process mapping, process gap analysis, and
process improvement based on ITIL best practices. I have also
been the responsible manager for compliance tracking and dashboard
reporting for senior management staff.

- Manage IT SOx, Internal Audit and Regulatory Compliance remediation
activities using the COBiT framework. Established and implemented
the corporate Deficiency remediation process (RSCA methodology)
for tracking and reporting. Provide oversight and control of
efforts to mitigate deficiencies, identify risks and adhere to
regulatory compliance initiatives. Develop and train IT staff

overviews and marketing of web technology to various divisions
and departments within the corporation. Managed personnel work
assignments, monitored progress and reported status of projects.

Created and implemented over 200 DB2 SQL reports for Data Administrators
and Business Area analysts. Created and implemented a reports
management system using the DB2 Query Management Facility (QMF)
for easy to use report menus.

segment layouts and element specifications. Quickly became the
corporation's data repository expert and served as information
resource for developers.
